Course Details

Objective

The objective of this training is to make the participants acquainted with expert knowledge of Automotive SPICE® processes which can be utilized for implementation and improvement of Automotive SPICE® processes in system and software development.

This course is a pre-requiste for intacs® Certified Provisional Assessor training.

  • Introduction and Overview to the Process Assessment Model
  • Process Dimension
  • Capability Dimension
  • Brief introduction to rating scale and how to derive a capability level rating
  • How to improve processes
  • Various group activities accompany the training

Target Audience

  • People planning on becoming certified assessors (N.B.: the certification as an in- tacs® certified Process Expert Automotive SPICE® is the prerequisite to continue with the next step in becoming an intacs® certified Provisional Assessor Automotive SPICE®).
  • Quality and project team members who need to ensure that the requirements of the Automotive SPICE® Process Assessment Model are met within the project.
  • Process Owners and process improvement team members who need to ensure that Automotive SPICE® requirements are covered by the organization’s process land- scape.

Duration

  • 4days

Preconditions

Participants should have several years of professional experience in the automotive industry (e.g. software/system development, project management, quality management, etc.)

 

Exam

  • Exam will be held by independent certification body VDA-QMC
  • Passing the exam is a prerequisite for participation in the VDA-QMC certification process. The candidate need to score 75%

Course Materials & Record

  • Each participant will receive a course material designed and developed by intacs.
  • Certificate of participation will be issued by the intacs
