Online Course Details:

The course will be conducted online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, with flexibility based on client preference.

Participants will receive PDF training materials for digital use or printing.

Training will be interactive, with screen-sharing, discussions, and whiteboard sessions.

Exercises will be primarily individual, with role-play sessions to simulate real-world scenarios.

The final exam will be held online using the “Socrative” tool, administered by VDA on the last day.

A mock exam session will be conducted on the third day to prepare participants for the final exam.
